Inspection Information:
- Inspections performed to ASHI recognized standards.
- Payment required at start of inspection along with signed contract.
- Rates based on the concept of the bigger the house, the longer a complete and thorough inspection will take. Homes over 4000 sq ft, call for quote.
- Includes Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Star, Caldwell, Kuna… we would go almost anywhere to inspect but may be subject to travel time fee. Please call for travel quotes.
- All inspections include a comprehensive report delivered on-site at end of inspection. Digital photos of areas of concern are also included.
- All fees may be subject to change without notice.
