We recently completed an inspection for a client who, after searching through dozens of different homes, had finally found a newly constructed home that had met all of their criteria.  They wanted to make an offer, but before they did, they wisely scheduled us to perform an inspection.  

Our home inspection report gave them the information they needed to request the repair of various issues discovered during our inspection.   As a result, they saved potentially thousands of dollars that would have been required to fix these issues on their own later on.
